“I cannot say enough good things about the team at River Road! I called them late on a Friday afternoon about my dog who was having severe tremors, and they were more than willing to help immediately, even though he’s not a patient of the clinic. They ensured both he and I felt comfortable and did everything they could to figure out what was going on with him. Dr. Kelly was knowledgeable, friendly, and calm, letting us know what was happening and what the next steps were. Luckily, little Cooper turned out to be OK and is ready to celebrate his 1st birthday this week! Thank you to the whole River Road team.”

“I cannot put into words how thankful I am for all the staff at this clinic. My cat was “off” for a few days, so I sent an email after hours on Wednesday night, received a reply by 8:02 Thursday morning and had an appointment for 9:30. In the meantime, I found a lump on her throat. They quickly discovered a large abscess that needed to be surgically removed, and it was done that same day (they apologized that it took so long!). They had such strong compassion for me and my fur baby that I could not believe it. The instructions for after-care were very clear and concise, and she was sent home with disinfectant wound cleaner and pain meds, and the best part was that they injected her with antibiotics that lasted for two weeks instead of sending me home with pills. You ever try to give a cat a pill? Lifesaver for both of us! While I hope to never have to go there again, they will be my first call if anything ever comes up in the future. I cannot recommend them enough!”

“They made my pet and me feel very comfortable and explained everything in thorough detail, not leaving any guessing. Upfront about medicine, costs, and your pet’s overall health. My cat is my best lil’ bud, and I’m happy the people here show the same care and love that I show my own animal. I highly recommend, as my cat also just had multiple teeth extractions recently. Very easy to set up and pick up my kitty, with clear medical instructions for post op. If you love your pet and are not sure where to go, this place is a safe haven for all pets!”

You really took the time just for Lincoln and showed him so much love. He’s on the mend!!!
