Veterinary Technician

I have been around animals my whole life. I grew up on a farm in Stayner and I spent most of childhood in the barn taking care of the animals. As a kid I knew that I wanted to work with animals when I got older. My dreams came true when I moved to Haileybury in 2013 to attend the Veterinary Technician program at Northern College. I loved every moment of the program. I did my field placement here at River Road and I loved it. During my placement I adopted my dog Casey. After my placement I was given an amazing opportunity to work here. I was very excited to start working here at River Road and so far I love it. I moved back to Stayner and currently living with my 2 dogs, Casey and Si, and my 2 cats, Lucky and Gigi.
